  please look at this and read it before you take your phone or computer here so i had taken my iphone into there shop yesterday and i had thought pretty highy of them considering how they had fixed my laptop for me in the past so i had asked them to do a screen replacement they switched out my screen i got my phone and left so today i noticed that i had a crack going across the top corner of my screen i thought it was just a stress crack or maybe something was wrong with the glass they had put in it so i called them they said bring it by they'll take a look at it so that is what i did and so we started talking about how the crack could have got there and simply flat out they didnt wanna hear it they begin saying things like phones dont just break and sorry but we cant help you i could have whooped that guys butt right there but i guess i have no choice but to let it slide these places and every shop like this gives the phone and computer repair industry a bad rep next time im either going to apple or some where with customer service and repair policy's please do not go here save your time and money
